The Woman’s Club also hosts its annual Heritage Quilt Show,
which runs for a month in June & July at Julian's Town Hall.

Fourth of July Parade
For a truly all-American old-fashioned celebration in July, the Fourth of July Parade 
is a wonderful experience for all ages. Stand side by side with local residents who wave 
to friends and neighbors astride horses, driving antique cars, and riding aboard 
fire engines from the region.

Julian Starfest
July/August at Menghini Winery
August is a great time in Julian to enjoy the outdoors. The 3rd Annual Starfest
will be held during the dark of moon in August at Menghini Winery.

Grape Stomp Festa
The Julian Chamber of Commerce celebrates the harvest of the grapes 
with a real, Olde-world style grape stomp Festa at the 
Menghini Winery on September 4th.

39th Annual Bluegrass Festival
The Julian Lion’s Club holds its 39th Annual Bluegrass Festival 
at Frank Lane Park in town,
the oldest Bluegrass Festival in California, in September.

Julian Art, Music and Wine Festival
Menghini Winery hosts the Julian Art Guild Annual Arts, Wine & 
Music Festival in September featuring local artists 
working in glass, clay, wood, painting and more.

Old Time Melodrama
The Triangle Club performs its annual Olio every Friday, 
Saturday and Sunday at Town Hall in October.

Julian Apple Days Festival
The first weekend in October at Menghini Winery

Julian Artists Open Studios Tour
In November, with location maps available at Town Hall.

Julian Country Christmas and Tree Lighting Celebration
 In the Pioneer Museum Park on Saturday after Thanksgiving in November. This annual event features a visit from Santa Claus and marks the beginning of the annual Julian Country Christmas celebration—three weeks of holiday festivity during which visitors and residents can capture the spirit of the season in an old-fashioned way.   December is a magical time of year in Julian complete with wandering carolers, a living nativity scene, and a festive production of “A Christmas Carol” at Town Hall.
